per visit
Standard visits are 60 minutes, including intake visits. Time to hear your whole story, review results, and build or adjust your plan. Visits are virtual. Patients must be in Minnesota at the time of visit.
FOUNDING PATIENT RATE
$315
for each of your first four visits
For the first 100 patients to establish care. After your first four visits, standard pricing applies. Patients must be in Minnesota at the time of visit.
New patient intake fee
$75
Before your first visit, I review your health history, previous records, and lab results so our time together goes further. This one-time fee covers that preparation and applies to new patients who I have never seen before.
PORTAL MESSAGE SURCHARGE
$75
A $75 fee applies when a portal message requires me to write a new note, such as placing new orders, changing a prescription, completing forms, or adjusting your treatment plan. There is no charge for refill requests and quick questions about your current plan.
FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS
If you’re facing financial hardship after you’ve established care, you can send me a message through email to talk through options for continuing your care. There’s no charge for these messages.
A few things to know before you book
An hour on my schedule is an hour I’ve set aside for you. These policies keep that time available for everyone.
cancellations & missed visits
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed visits are charged $175.
Life happens: Everyone has a hard week. I’ll waive one late cancellation, once.
New patients
A $100 deposit confirms your first visit and is applied toward its cost. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit moves with you. Within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
visit length
Visits are scheduled for 60 minutes, and the visit fee is the same whether we use the full time or finish early. Time after your visit goes to reviewing labs, charting, and writing your plan. If you join late, we'll use the time that's left. If I'm running late, you'll still get your full 60 minutes. If a visit runs more than 10 minutes over, additional time is billed in 15-minute increments at $87.5 each.
card on file
A credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card must be on file in your patient portal before each visit. Visits are charged at the time of service.
medicare
Medicare opt out
I’m in the process of opting out of Medicare. Once that’s complete, Medicare patients, including those with Medicare Advantage plans, will be responsible for the full cost of visits and will agree not to submit claims to Medicare for my services, even if Medicare would normally cover them. Before your first visit, you’ll review and sign a Medicare private contract in the patient portal. If you have Medicare, I’ll let you know when you can schedule.

Visit fees cover your time with me. Here’s what they don’t cover, and how other costs work.
Labs
Cash-pay labs are available with no markup, or we can fax orders to your local lab to run through insurance. The latter option requires you to make sure your results get faxed to us for interpretation.
Supplements
Never required to work with me. If I recommend one, you can buy it wherever you like. I offer 25% discount on all supplements. I can recommend directly to your account if you sign up with me making it easy to know exactly what I am recommending for you.
Insurance
I don't bill insurance, and visits aren't submitted to your plan. However, I do provide superbills and copies of your notes to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.
HSA & FSA
HSA and FSA can be used for all visits with me. I can also provide letters to enable coverage of your supplements under HSA and FSA upon request.
